Loving all the hate for Atlanta being so stupid in calling timeouts.
Mike Smith. You are the weakest link. Goodbye!

Who else is 12 from 13 tipping this week? Bloody Raiders spoilt what could have been a perfect week

Everyone's entitled to a BIG shandy of a week.. how did you go last week when the monkey was swinging on the chandelier? o_O

Nor the defenders 10 times this season :p
Not his fault if receivers can't get to where the ball is going.

Thank god this game wasn't the only MNF game this week.

Boring as batshit already.

Would have been more interesting if they filled the stadium with homeless people (or dog lovers)

Yeah the Jets D has stepped it up from that first series.

Pretty stupid call on 4th down though. The Bills OL isn't getting the sort of push that would give you confidence that play was going to work.

I'd have backed Vick up and tried to force one of those turnovers he's made a career doing.

Smith was torched for his clock management after the game, but tried to explain his reasoning.

"Again, you can definitely ask that question," he said per the team's official website. "The 53-yarder was definitely outside the range we set prior to the game. We wanted to get a first down, and we felt like we had a play that's why we called the timeout. We came over and used it. They would've used the timeout probably if we hadn't."

Now I'm by no means a hard core NFL devotee and wouldn't normally question the intelligence of a NFL head coach but is Smith actually for real?

Trying to justify the timeout he took late in the game against the Browns he says that they would've used the timeout if he didn't. WTF, wouldn't that have been a good thing - the Falcons get to set up the play they wanted to run plus the opposition loses a critical timeout to use after the Falcons score
