I hope so too, it should almost be a mandatory feature (at least for the games that have the capability to do it - can understand side scrollers not implementing something like that).

Games are too good looking these days to not make use of a capture mode.

Yep. Although it can be awkward when your GF is asking you why you have spent 45 minutes trying to screen cap the exact moment your knife removes an orc's head from its shoulders.
