Division 2 welcomes Whittlesea and Thomastown whilst Epping and North depart to Div 3 and 1 respectively.

Same as the Div 1 thread, may as well get a start on the 2015 off-season.

Any news or rumours floating around already?

Hearing some handy pick-ups for Fitzroy Stars including ex Hawthorn player Carl Peterson, a gun from Swan Hill named Calan Lyons & Waylon Manson from The Recruit, good start to the off season if true!!

Hayes is a major coup for the creek. Can't believe Banyule got rid of him. Would have been perfect for their inaugural season in div 3

Thomastown looks to be very active with going for young recruits over experienced players . Signings of Ferraro and Follacchio from Bundoora and also a few kids from west preston
Hurstbridge are cleaning up Bundoora with the big signings of shaw and Farrelly

Hurstbridge will push hard in 2015. Will make the finals you would think.

Fitzroy stars will be extremely hard to beat if they sign Waylen Manson

Cal Lyons is a good young lad but he is not a gun mate. Plenty of,ability but played mainly reserves footy in the Central Murray Footy League. Did win a twos league medal if I remember correctly

Follachio will be a very good pick up. But dont expect much from Ferraro, average at best!!

ferraro will totally dominate second division football fallachio not in the same league as a footballer no one in second division big enough or strong enough to play on him would have been a great first division player if he wasnt at bundoora who had arguably to of the best forwards in cloke and morcroft running around still only 22 great pick up for thomastown

You must not have watched much of bundoora seniors or reserves? Ferraro has had numerous chances in the last couple of years and was simply not good enough. Hes big and strong but thats about it. He even struggled at reserves levl last year. For Thomastowns sake i hope he improves alot. And as foryour stupid comment about Follachio being not in the same league as him, he is by far and away a much better footballer!
