Chiefs have a tough schedule early on, I expect them to be out of the AFCW race by about week 10

Holy s**t that's good

I wouldn't be surprised to see them start 1-9, look at this for something brutal:

Week 1: @ Houston - ?
Week 2: vs. Denver - L
Week 3: @ Green Bay - L
Week 4: @ Cincinnati - L
Week 5: vs. Chicago - W
Week 6: @ Minnesota - ?
Week 7: vs. Pittsburgh - L
Week 8: vs. Detroit - ?
Week 9: BYE
Week 10: @ Denver - L
Week 11: @ San Diego - L

At least one of those question marks is a loss IMO, obviously those divisional games are always hard to pick, but how are Kansas City to challenge Denver or San Diego if they start 4-6 or worse? Especially when Denver and San Diego should start with 8-9 and 6-7 wins respectively through the first 10 games, due to their easy schedules.

Denver will be going for the record of most consecutive divisional road wins in week 2, we better not lose that game ffs
