Very odd as AH beat him by 299pts and they did the same amount of rounds and Jack Perkins beat him in points,before his result was excluded.How did he win that over Heimgartner? He was almost beaten in points by a couple of drivers who have only done 4-5 rounds

Another nail for the V8's ( as we know it )
It was a few days ago now, and I forgot about getting this alert. Paraphrasing, finey was arguing that the Sheene medal was another unnecessary concocted up medal exaggerating the importance of what it's supposed to represent.
Craig Lowndes won the medal. Supposedly being the B&F for the year. But Mark Winterbottom is the champion. It's frosty's night where he is lauded. The Sheene medal is pointless, and takes away from the limelight frosty earned. Finey is right.
