Probably a bit of bias here but I feel like the addition of Redden, and possibly Jetta and Anderson, as well as Mackenzie returning, Duggan coming back with a full pre season, and another year of exp for Yeo, Sheed etc, 2016 feels like we could truly hit the front with the inevitable slide (hopefully) of Hawthorn, and just before Bulldogs/port etc have enough experience to really have a crack.

Ceebs making a list but the following will happen next season:

- West Coast will drop a little. Great list but they'll get a much harder draw by finishing second.
- Footscray will drop more than a little. They have an exciting young team but they're also going to et a draw based on finishing in the top 6 and that's going to make it much harder for them in particular.
- Port will finish top-4. They have a great squad and had a second-year blues type thing happen after a brilliant 2014. Injuries, team imbalance, and some loss of form for younger players. Will be a genuine flag threat in 2016.l
- Richmond will finish in the 5th to 8th bracket and then lose in the first week of finals. It's their new 9th.
- GWS will develop further and GC will be back. I think they're being forgotten in a massive way because of the injuries they had to deal with this season. Gazza will especially be a huge addition.
- Sydney are a chance to miss finals altogether. Buddy problems, Tippet is a baked potato, and their defence has big question marks on it.

In bold, those almost certain to be in the eight.
Everyone down to Collingwood a realistic chance of playing a final. Even Carlton are a sneaky chance. The premiership race is done and dusted already, its Fourthorn, but the bottom of the eight is anyone's.

Happy for Hawthorn to be predicted anywhere in top 8. They'll will still make the GF if not win it!

Can the afl fine the entire company for this kind of match fixing and tanking?

The dogs finished 7 overall post finals. So you're wrong about that part.

we've pretty much done everything else, may as well field two teams next year :D

Good ladder though.
GCS very reliant on staying injury free. Losses of Ablett, Jaeger, Martin, Swallow, Prestia hurt so much. I hope Day steps up as well with dixon going.
Swap Geelong & Richmond. Danger is gonna make a massive difference next year.
Losing 3 Elim's in a row will hang around the Tigers you would think. Expectations are massive on them next year. More than they are used to.
Swap the Swans and Power. The Swans are an awesome outfit with too much top end talent to fall out of the top 4. Port will be back in finals, but not sure they land top 4

AFAIK the fixture is determined on end of season standings, not finals standings.

Happy to be corrected though.

The impact of the draw is overstated when there are only five teams you play twice.

We played one very good team twice, one mid range twice and three lower teams twice. If you took out one of the lower sides for a top side and subtract one win because of it we still would have been a game clear inside the 8.

Just like 1992 after our 1991 loss to Hawthorn...

1. Hawthorn 19-3
2. West Coast 18-4
3. Sydney 16-6
4. Geelong 16-6
5. Fremantle 15-7
6. North Melbourne 15-7
7. Richmond 14-8
8. Collingwood 13-9

9. GWS Giants 12-10
10. Western Bulldogs 12-10
11. Port Adelaide 11-10-1
12. Adelaide 10-12
13. Melbourne 9-12-1
14. Gold Coast Suns 9-13
15. Essendon 8-14
16. St Kilda 7-15
17. Carlton 6-16
18. Brisbane Lions 4-18

All the predictions prior to trade period ending, drafts and draw show an enormous amount of foresight.

However, more marks go to someone nominating win/loss records. Gutsy call of a draw.

One SLIGHT PROBLEM is that you have 214 wins, 180 losses and 2 draws. Im trying to work out, given how its customary that a win to one team means a loss to another, the wins dont equal the losses.
