It took until the final 15 minutes of the game, but we finally won the contested ball and turned it around. Hopefully the lesson will be learned - that we need 4 quarters of this to win the GF.

Whitecross I still reckon has a place in the first team. Definitely better than VFL. His disposals were a class apart all today.

From that effort, only Simpkin, Sicily and Jedi are a realistic chance to be called up if required. Langers at least finished the game well, but not his finest work. Teia Miles looks like he'll be a player. Great tackle when the game was on the line.
