just something about him, in traffic - not just a sidestep - but this way he bullocks his way out and away. something you rarely see from somebody so young - Dustin Martin had it from day one. I can really see the midfielder now.

I love the fact that Laverde is quick but is already built for AFL footy, sure he could put on size over the pre-season but I don't think that would be his main focus.

We're already on the same page but it's why Curnow is so interesting.

As for Laverde, he'll be close to our best player at some stage into 2017 as long as his body holds up. The only player who can rival him on our list is Daniher.
