Retired #8: Jason Winderlich

Winder is a massive supporter of Hird, is he not? Maybe he does not want to stay at the club if Hird does not remain as coach. We've been reamed as a club so much the last 2 years, why not add another with Winder leaving.

It would be really s**t if he plays for someone else next year.

Haha, jesus. What garbage.

His manager won't rule out another club but says he's still talking about whether he's going to come out of retirement and if he does to then talk to Essendon about a contract.

Hasn't spoken to any other club as of yet.

Maybe this is a story from a few days back just seeing the light of day now.

**** me, this would hurt more than Ryder if true.

Not on the field, but as far as the overall fabric of the club is concerned.

The inability of the board to make a strong decision either way is killing the club.
I agree.. they need to make a strong decision.. whether it be Hird OR a Fresh Start.. and then commit 100% to it..

Indecision and 'unknown' is killing us.. absolutely killing us..
