Bout time...Wellington will never beat the victory away, very mentally weak in this fixture.
What a win for the Nix. Huge. Next weeks game is even bigger now in NZ. Huge test for us it will be, we never win over there.
Central Coast home, then Victory at home.Would take a draw over there, but who knows with Adelaide at the moment. Will probably win 4-0 over there before dropping points to a bottom 4 side at home (haven't checked fixture)

Out coached. Those who said Merrick couldn't coach and wanted him out must be feeling a tad awkward.
Melbourne Victory’s weakness is it defence got to question Nathan Coe, Jason Geria are up to A-League standards. And why let Adrian Lejar go ? (With no replacement) Leigh Broxham is not tall enough to play Central Defence on a regular basis and with Matthieu Delpierre not having played since October; you cannot win trophies with a weak defence as the Victory have.
Thing is we had a perfect Defender on the bench, when we where 2-1 up after Kosta's goal Delpierrie should have come on to sure up the defence, Muscat left it to late, poor form.
Delpierrie looked good when he come on didn't miss a beat, we will look much comfortable in defence from now on when he starts. Lets hope.
Coe well thats a different problem all together just does not know how to read a flight of the ball. Unfortunately we can't fix that position till the end of the season because Thomas is just as bad.
We were flat for large parts of today's game, didn't take our chances in the first half and defended poorly in the second. Congrats to Wellington though, they looked good today.
I thought the defence was solid for the first half of the game, but seemed to get complacent in the second. Wellington's second goal was completely unacceptable, an unchallenged back-post header from a conventional set piece shouldn't be occurring at this level.
4 points separates the top 5 which is awesome for the league. Victory blew a golden chance with a game in hand, as did we Friday night. Some huge games coming all round.
hmmmmmmmm30 wsw thugs unproked attack on 3 sydney fans one has a broken leg other wrist. Aaron calver assulted in the stands. Normal night in parramatta.
