Definitely Facebook. Cannot have Chrome opened without at least one tab dedicated to it. I've thought about deleting it but the fear of losing a way of contacting my friends and missing out on something just keeps me at it. Must limit my usage this year as I am doing Year 12. I think when my studies are needed to be done, I'm confident I won't spend time on there.

Also Coffee. Can go stupid sometimes, having days with 5 - 8 cups of double strength (two heaped teaspoons). At the moment I'm around about 1 - 3 a day so I guess it's under control. Talking about it has got me craving, brb - putting the kettle on.

If you're having trouble with Facey, there's an addon for Chrome called "stayfocusd" and it blocks you after a certain time from using the site. I use it during uni exam periods.

I like the Monster Energy drinks :D(monster (with 50% juice ;) )

Also last year I saw one at the station which was called rescue energy, never seen it again after some weeks seems they weren' popular enough to be in the train station shop fridges.

Also anothzer one which i like was a syrup for energy drinks which you mix with water(or whatever else) well the thing about it you could take it with as little water or as much as you wanted :D

With you on this. Know it's going to be bad for VCE this year but can't miss 18th invites!

I hate coffee. Tastes like arse. A lot of people i work with are coffee addicts and coffee breath is disgusting.
Same with me I don't like coffee at all, and it doesnt give me the extra kick of sugar either ;) Also i don't do red Bull because I don't like it, I specialised on the juice/energy drink or Juice/coke) ready mixed cans :D

I think what HFF meant is that all the invites are over facey because it's an easy way to do it. Instead of calling/SMSing everyone with details, or getting everyone's addresses and mailing one out to them.

But physical invitations are so nice...this is my year of the 21st's so I hope people don't resort to FB invites. I have one on next week, they had an initial Facebook 'save the date' which said to PM them your address if you want to go and they'll send an actual invitation (they're twins).
That certainly seems to be the new trend these days for 21sts.

Not sure if it is an addiction. But anyway it is Coca-Cola, I can go weeks without it but whenever I have a sip of it, I will end up having a few cans/bottles. Also, it feels incredible when it hits my tongue.

I've never claimed that they were amazing friends or that I had any desire to go for any reason other than being with mates.

Every 18th invite is done over FB at the moment, just the way it is in my parts. Unless it's a great mate, they likely won't bother asking me unless my name is within reach

Water.

I drink atleast 3 litres a day (two 1.5 Litre bottles)

One during the day while I work and the other while I'm home at night.

Close to 5 litres on Saturday when I play cricket...

Are you a fish by any chance?
I try to get as much water in as i can, but it seems i cant drink more than around 2x600ml bottles a day. Drink more on saturdays when i have cricket also, still not enough

Well my wife and I moved to Ballarat about 4 years ago and thought the tap water was disgusting so we purchase our water.

Prior to that I barely drank any water it was all cordial or soft drink. But since I started taking a bottle of water to work (we buy the big 1.5litre ones) I always manage to finish it before the end of the day, esp. on hot days.

The only thing I can suggest is maybe up the size of your bottle. Instead of 2x600ml do 1x1.5litre and see if you can finish it in a day.

I'm at the point now that when I don't finish a bottle in a day I get the worst headache.

Someone once told me that you should be drinking 1 litre of water per day for every 30kgs that you weigh. Not sure how accurate that is though.

I've always been worried I'm drinking too much water.

Isn't it 8 cups a day for the average adult.

Which using my friend google is

8 US cups = 1.89270589 litres

So if you can drink that one big bottle a day you'd be on target.

Also by no means does drinking this much water help you lose weight. It's certainly better for your body but if I go a day without water I'm sure to drop 1kg+

Also I'm not a fish ;)

I do sport science and I've been told you should just drink to thirst

Everything I've ever read indicates that by the time you're thirsty you're already dehydrated.

I usually try drink about 2 or 3 litres a day. When I force myself to do that I feel a lot more energetic than if I only drink when thirsty.

I didnt go to 2 seperate birthdays because of invitations recieved over facebook, just didnt take them seriously enough.

Also on that, I know someone who did recieve an invite to a night out via facebook (birthday or going away or some bs) so was available for that night, then about 5pm found out the sender of the invite hadnt followed through with it and done absolutely nothing about it. They were already in bed watching movies or some bs

Theyre too easy to make and too easily forgotten.

As for addictions I dont know, dont think theres anything I have to have each day but I'm also a man of routine and if anything is different in a day it annoys the s**t out of me

I do gamble a lot though

I would argue that if you're not going to a birthday based solely on their invitation, you weren't that keen on going to begin with.
Otherwise, why would it matter what the invitation looks like? It just tells you where all the guests are going to be and when- does it really matter how you get the information?
