12 Thursday night games a year, and when there's no Thursdays, the Saturday afternoon doesn't get televised. On the minus side, less FTA footy. On the plus side... no more Hamish and Basil!

its not as good as made out, only 2b if it's a 6 year deal.

What were the previous ones? 3 or 4?

950 million for their best 4 games is all that is confirmed. So their ceiling is about 1.6 bill

Includes Origin and Test matches too I believe. Their deal will end up at 1.65 for 5 years I believe, once the digital stuff is parcelled together. Similar amount per year, but their rep footy helps.
