Reardo mate are the hawks going to make it and can you tell me how far the sides have to travel and mate are there any players up there that could make the standard down here[Albury/Wodonga area].The major league down here is the Ovens an Murray league with two other leagues out side them HUME/TALLANGATTA LEAGUES.These two leagues spend around $50,000 TO $100,00 on players each season.

It's going to be touch and go for the Hawks Chopper, they are tied on 32 points at the moment with South Toowoomba and Warwick with Dalby closing fast. They play University this week which I wouldn't expect them to win, then they play South Burnett which they should win then they finish with a bye. Warwick also have a bye before the finals but play Highfields and Tigers to finish, they should beat Highfields but I'd lean slightly towards Tigers winning in the last round. Good chance it will come down to percentage, Souths have 3 really tough games to finish and may miss altogether. The Hawks are 12% behind Warwick but can make that up with a good win against South Burnett, to be honest mate we won't know until after the final round.

There are probably 10-15 blokes across the league that could cut it in the O&M League, most sides up here have a strong core group but depth varies at different clubs. Steve Kenna and Brad Howard are two blokes that have gone on to play AFL from here with Carlton and St Kilda respectively. There are heaps of really good young kids coming through at the moment as well so hopefully the next one to graduate to the big leagues isn't too far away.

Home and away season done and dusted and it's great to see two country sides getting through. Should be two cracking games this week, all four are coming in with form behind them and all have realistic chances of progressing. Congratulations to the University Cougars on claiming the minor premiership and all important week off. Also congratulations to South Toowoomba's Dan McPhee on taking out the leading goalkicker trophy with 111 goals, second year running for "Big Dan". Best of luck to all teams this week, have a crack and leave nothing in the tank.

Fantastic game to end the season, both sides should be congratulated on putting on a fitting finale to the 2013 season. Congratulations to Coolaroo who overcame a 25 point deficit at three quarter time to come out victorious. It capped off a sensational day for the Roos after they claimed the Premierships in all the under age Grand Finals as well. The Roos Tom Rudolph was adjudged best on ground.

Not sure mate, South Toowoomba and Warwick have their B&F's on this weekend but I think most other clubs have had theirs. The AFLDD site will post them once they receive notification from the clubs and once they do I'll post them here.

Congrats to Adam and Alex, they were great for you guys this season.
