I realise that it's your portfolio and all, but I can definitely say that GWS wouldn't go to just a logo on a blank guernsey, they'd at least add side panels. And they most definitely won't use black if they are already using charcoal as a main colour

noticed that, next team by canteburry will have that fixed

Love your designs so far Codym2723 , my only suggestion is a little bit of polish. So:
- Cantebury back collar
- Navy used in carltons sets
- width of bar on Carlton clash (should have the same gap between the bar and the top/bottom of the CFC monogram.

Maybe you should have a full white patch to accentuate the Mercedes logo (ala-North w/ Mazda). Apart from that, some solid stuff here, Codes.

Greater Gattsby what do you reckon it should be?
i would prefer a red based home, yellow based away, white based clash and a blue based pre season

with the clash being white it would be rarely used with a red and a yellow jumpers being used avoids clash easy
