Sorry, nothing about that song or video even reaches the heights of "okay".

Love that song.
What would the modern version of the song be?
We STOS = Stuck To Our Structures.
FP = Forward Press.
R&S = Run and Spread.
HHGC = He Had Good Character.
If you don't wanna know the scores,
look away now.
Another lesser-used song for this type of thing:
Ah, the famous indecipherable song.
This is by far the best Footy song i've ever heard. Chills every time.
Bitter much? What a load of rubbish
I think channel 7 covered sport superbly in the 90s
Was expecting them to get back to their former glory when they took back footy but they have just been ok
Nostalgic rose-coloured glasses. Coverage was terrible.
Agree to disagree.
There's a difference between 7's dedication and 7's production from back in the day.
7 were very dedicated to the sport and made the most out of the technology and $$$ they had to work with... sure, not every game was covered, but at least they were arsed enough to send a camera crew out to the rain belt of Waverley to take highlights of a game between Hawthorn and Sydney from a stationary camera while the commentary teams were out covering bigger games at the G' or Princes Park. Any scrap of AFL news, and they were all over it.
Hands down winner is Greg Champion's thats the thing about football!
was and still is the best, symbolises everything that makes the game great.
when madonna was both hot and made good music.
one of the coolest songs ever written, still makes its presence felt on the social scene.
They need to bring back That's The Thing About Football with current footage.
Maybe petition for next year, 20 years after the original.
The only thing seven had going for it back in the 90's was the commentators.
Robbo, Drew Morphett, Peter Landy, Sandy Roberts.
And now they serve up the likes of Basil and "Hammer". ******* tripe.
hahahahaha diesel I always remember that one when it told u to look away.
heres one from 1992 - i don't ever recall it..
