2015 Gold Coast could learn a thing or two from this.
I think Coke would be more likely to sponsor the Suns than Pepsi.
Right on cueI think Coke would be more likely to sponsor the Suns than Pepsi.
That is awesome.Okay... let's set the scene. We've stepped into a time machine back to 1987. The VFL is looking to really accelerate expansion into a national competition and decides to introduce Brisbane and West Coast as planned; however, they've also stepped things up and introduced Adelaide, Fremantle, and Port Adelaide into the competition ahead of time. To also get rid of the 'bye' that comes with the 17 team competition, the league has decided to re-introduced University into the competition, to round the league out with 18 teams.
All clubs have attire that is from straight from that era... long sleeves with wrist cuffs, collars, and tight shorts. No crap brand templates ruining the classic designs. Here we have... the 'Retro Remakes’:
Adelaide:
Brisbane:
Carlton:
Collingwood:
Essendon:
Fitzroy:
Footscray:
Fremantle:
Geelong:
Hawthorn:
Melbourne:
North Melbourne:
Port Adelaide:
Richmond:
St. Kilda:
Sydney:
University:
West Coast:
