Find something to release aggression. I was an angry kid like you were (still am a kid, to some extent ;) ) but as soon as I found music and guitar, I've become much more reserved in how I act and don't feel the anger building up anymore. Try boxing. It might sound like the clichéd option to release some anger, but I've heard from mates that it works wonders.
This is a good idea i would look into this.

Ok, still very young in the ways of love.
I had a relationship break up pretty much monthly around the years 18-21 and every time I thought, that was it, never going to find another one like that. The feelings fade, the memories don't though.
I'm a Pisces as well and I blubber like a baby during movies like Ghost, Pretty Woman etc

I'm in my office at work now, last one here and just listening to TuneIn Radio and tidying up for the week. I just cracked the sh1ts at a small fly buzzing around my head, nearly threw the iPad across the room at it.
There's the level of overreaction my anger can have occasionally.
