So what of the thymosin used by Dank at Melbourne FC???
IMO Dank used both thymomodulin AND TB4. Remember the text between Bates and Dank talking about thymomodulin was actually from he club doctor, not Dank. So if they were talking about TB4 then I'd be astounded. Also, why was thymomodulin called thymomodulin at Melbourne and thymosin at Essendon?

Also the text of sending Melbourne players to Danks clinic.

There was a documented spreadsheet at EFC called thymomodulin and Jobe says he had thymomodulin.

I'd be interested to know the supply chain for thymomodulin for both Melbourne and Essendon.

James Hird considers High Court appeal against ASADA-AFL anti-doping probe

James Hird may head to the High Court over the Essendon drug case.

DEFIANT Essendon coach James Hird has flagged a High Court appeal in his one-man war against ASADA.

Hird’s solicitor, Steven Amendola, said last night the Bombers coach was considering taking his case to the highest court in the land.

The Full Court of the Federal Court took just eight minutes yesterday to throw out Hird’s attempt to block the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority’s investigation into the “Essendon 34”.

Justices Susan Kenny, James Besanko and Richard White found ASADA had acted lawfully in conducting its joint investigation with the AFL into the Bombers’ 2012 supplement program.

Hird, whose six-figure legal bills continue to mount, has 21 days to seek special leave to appeal to the High Court.

Amendola told the Herald Sun: “We have to read the decision very carefully and consider whether we want to take the matter further”.

Essendon said last night it would not stand in Hird’s way if he chose to fight on.

“If James decided to appeal, he would be exercising his legal right,” a spokesman said.

If Hird were successful in applying for leave to appeal, it is unlikely the case would be heard until the second half of the year, thus overshadowing a third AFL season.

Hird, who is in the United States, was not in court for yesterday’s decision. He was ordered to pay ASADA’s costs, estimated at $60,000.

The ruling means the fate of 34 former and current Bombers now rests in the hands of the AFL anti-doping tribunal, which is expected to deliver its verdict in March, on the eve of the premiership season.

Guilty verdicts could see up to 20 current Bombers stars suspended for up to two years.

Bombers chairman Paul Little said last night: “As a club, we remain confident in the players’ position and will continue to provide support to our players and their families.

“We look forward to James’ continuing to focus on preparing our players for the upcoming season and building on the great work he has done over the last four months.”

He really must believe that nothing wrong has happened why else would he be thinking of appealing to a high court.
