If we ever needed proof that Ashton is a Saints man, we saw it in his rodgering by the umpire. Given not out. Poms appeal. Hot spot all clear. No deviation. Bit of a noise, but a little out of sync. The slow-mo replay from behind showed the poor bugger hit a piece of dirt!!!

Final decision : OUT

Haddin's form has just been incredible (along with the brutal deliveries from Johnson and the rebirth of Warner).

An average of 65 and almost flawless performance behind the stumps.

Contrast that with Prior averaging 17 and missing a number of opportunities.

Thankfully Anderson (has bowled some excellent deliveries but not at the same pace as previously) and Swann (well targeted by the Aussies who put the sweep shot away almost completely) are way off their best - as we have 3 players in the top 6 batters who probably wouldn't get a game in the English team!

Pretty awesome. Went to Torquay for a few days and ended up watching the cricket in the lounge room more than doing things that you should be doing in Torquay.

Congrats to the lads, hope they can go out and enjoy the next two tests.

Anyone else staying up for kyrgios?
