Australian Open 2015 - Day 4

I know we still have Day 3 still going but here is the Day 4 thread ready to go. Headlined by Hewitt's night with becker, probably couldn't of hoped for much better of a 2nd round match but we'll see how we go. Stosur is also on 2nd during the night session and if she plays as well as her first round, she might win again. Dellacqua and Tomljanovic are also on Day 4. Pick of other matches have to be Azarenka vs. Wozinacki, brutal for a 2nd round.

Full schedule of play: http://www.ausopen.com/en_AU/scores/schedule/schedule9.html
Weather: Humid, hot, sticky (no real chance of rain) 33C
Live scores: http://www.ausopen.com/en_AU/scores/index.html
Coverage starting from 11am on Channel 7 and 7Two or live streaming https://au.sports.yahoo.com/

Janowicz vs Monfils on Hisense is another potential good match, looking forward to both that and Vika Caro outside of the aussie matches.

Never thought I'd say this but go Monfils...and jeez I feel dirty saying that!

The massive womens match will be huge, how that is not on RLA I'll never know!

Jerzy v Monfils is pretty damn awesome for ground pass holders great value for money.

The scary thing is on Friday Dimitrov v Baghdatis will probably be scheduled on Hisense too due to so many big names/matches on that side of the draw.
Great problem to have

The bottom half of both draws have made the ground pass brilliant value, so many big names on outside courts and you still get to see the ones at RLA and MCA training, loving it this year

I know this happened days ago but this seemed like the place to put it.

11 of the top 32 seeds lost in the first round including two of the top 10.

Only 6 of the top 32 men lost in the first round, none of the top 10.

Womens tennis is hilarious.

Radwanksa time. Has to be the best female player to watch. Crafty shots are brilliant

Pity her serve is a dogs breakfast though although she has added a bit of speed.

Agree on her shots though very Hingis like

Nishikori is having a tough run for a number 5 seed. Dangerous Almagro first round, now Dodig.

Channel 7's Ian Cohen is copping some backlash around the world after his "do a twirl" question to Genie last night.
