If these people were smart, right now they would be standing up in the loudest possible terms and signalling as clear a line between there community and the barbarians as is humanly possible.

Instead we see this.

They want to hope we don't see an attack here that's for sure because it will be there community that reaps the aftermath.

It is their responsibility to look out for their communities interests, if they feel that the laws unfairly target them, then why should they agree with them on fear of being labelled supporters of terrorism? I'm sure they have quotes on record that condemn terrorism and terrorists, it's not really their fault what the media decides to run as a headline and put in articles.

I do agree though, that they should be more vocal in their criticism of ISIS and extremist groups to discourage any wayward youth from going over to the batshit psychos.

I remember when Jill Meagher was murdered and people were scathing about the women speaking of their experiences of feeling unsafe in the streets and the reclaim the streets marchs. How dare they characterise all men as being like Adrian Bayley, was the cry.
