Rumour Ben Cousins arrested for failure to stop and failure to provide a breath sample

Just heard on 6PR Perth that Ben Cousins was arrested last night for failing to stop for the police, reckless driving and for failing to provide a breath sample when finally caught by the police.

Not near a PC so can't post a link yet to confirm.

EDIT: Ok 6PR just had a Chan 7 reporter on with more info. Apparently his car was spotted driving erratically but at slow speeds (40kmh), the cops tried to pull the car over but the driver refused. They checked the rego, seen it was Cousins and someone from the Police Dispatch contacted him via his Mobile phone. He answered (while driving....) and then refused to stop as he said he was on his way to a family emergency. He was then eventually arrested a short time later at an intersection, where he refused to provide a breath sample while roadside. Its unknown if he refused when he was later taken to the Fremantle Police station.
