Chose Thuram cos he is one of my favourite ever players, guy was an absolute rock at the back. Fearless, tough, excellent tackler, brilliant reader of the game too. And I prefer my fullbacks to be able to defend.

Although, either/or, it wouldn't matter.

Canna was a ******* machine, probably better than Thuram. Thuram is an all time great at RB, though.

Cannavaro has had dodgy spells in his career, at Real or Inter, his best was incredible but if I really have to pick I'd get someone bigger and faster at centre back

Plus he spent a lot of his career playing with Thuram that you can really just pick any one, they're both wonderful

I think R9 wasn't great in the air. I need a complete forward because CR7 and Messi are the other forwards. I chose Kaka over Dinho because I think he's better centrally, and I wanted Fat Frank because he's a great finisher. Rivaldo was too similar to Kaka

I should probably take Overmars off my bench and put Ronaldinho there as a winger option.
