I had $1000+ bets auto approved with betezy the first couple of weeks the account was opened a couple of months ago. I'm not sure why you think any of them are better than any others

Because my account was brand new and I was trying to turnover my first deposit bonus and they kept limiting what I could bet on.

Sportingbet, Centrebet and BetFred all have better turnover requirements and are better sites generally. BetEzy also limit bigger bets which is a problem when you are trying to turnover your deposit bonus.

BetEzy have recently changed to this I believe

7. “Betezy.com.au” Website users receive a Free Bet money balance of a nominal value and can elect to place Free Bet wagers using any increment of the Free Bet balance from a minimum of $1 and should the Free Bet wager be successful, only winnings less the original stake value will be credited into the Members account once the bet has been resulted.

10. All Deposit related Free Bet Promotions are subject to a Minimum Odds restriction whereby the winnings derived from a successful Free Bet wager must be turned over in accordance with Rule 12 (“Turnover Rule”) by placing wager(s) on any fixed price sport or racing Tote product at odds equal to or greater than $1.50 before a withdrawal of the Free Bet winnings can be made by a Member to their elected bank account;

It's up there with the good ones. Getting barred from a provider is a seperate issue though, they manage their users differently. Not sure what you can really do against that. I guess that's why most pros bet on tote.

They haven't changed it. I put my free bet on an event and won, then I had to turnover the winnings on an event and I kept having my bets refused on basic, popular markets. They are not up there with the better bookmakers IMO.

That sounds more like an issue they specifically have with you. Can't help that I suppose. Who do you bet with usually? Just go on Betfair? They're not very liquid though, esp a few days out.

I have accounts with Sportsbet, Sportingbet, Luxbet, Bet 365 and Pinnacle. Sportsbet are my favourites. I have no idea why they would have an issue with me since I was a brand new customer and was trying to turnover my first deposit bonus. They clearly have an issue with anyone winning with their first deposit bonus and will try and make it as hard as possible for you to withdraw anything. Other sites are much better for that.

Just curious.

Why is sportsbet your favourite over pinnacle?

Number of markets for AFL, promos, site layout, betting slip?

This seems bizarre unless you've previously been flagged in their data base. I had $600 on a Swallow vs Hanley most possessions market through Betezy last weekend and it accepted without referral. The hold on that market would be light so it's odd you can't get enough on to roll a free bet in a major market.

Tripp has been really clear that the model he's using to re-launch Betezy will be aimed at high turnover with low margins

Tripp on Beteasy

He is not giving away too much yet, but Tripp says one point of differentiation for Beteasy will be taking on riskier bets from bigger punters, currently being blocked by the other, bigger operators. “I think there’s a bit of balance you can find where you can service these punters, forgo a bit of [profit] margin, increase turnover and keep growing. While our margin won’t be as high as some of our competitors our turnover will be growing at a much quicker rate.”

If that's the business model it seems odd you can't get a decent size bet on which would help drive up turnover.

Maybe it won't kick in until they fully launch as Beteasy, which hopefully also has a decent interface as well.

Pinnacle has great odds but I like Sportsbet because they have good promotions, a great site layout and withdrawals are easy and free. Pinnacle charge for a lot of withdrawals.

Understood, if you're the type of punter that withdrawals weekly pinny will cost you like $115 a month in fees.

I tend to hoard money in pinny/sbobet and hit and run on the Aussie books when the promotions/odds are worth it.

Anyone please have any thoughts on Pinnacle? Odds, promotions, withdrawals, etc?

Thinking of joining but don't know a lot about them. Been with TW for a fair length of time now. Accounts with Sportsbet, Sportingbet, LuxBet, TAB, CentreBet.........how does Pinnacle stack up against those? Was going to join 365 but it looks suss.

Not much I don't punt on sport wise, I mean, I've punted on Politics FFS.

They're a must have. Odds are usually the best particularly for American sports. Their NBA lines hover around $1.95 or higher. No promos or anything and barely any props but if you're betting on lines they're a must have. No risk of being banned either.

Pinnacle is the industry standard professional sportsbook, overall the best odds/lines. Best odds on Tennis and Soccer too.

Highest limits, you can max bet a market multiple times once it moves and won't get booted for winning too much. There's only 1 free withdrawal a month, the rest will cost you 35 usd each in fees. It's better used for longer term grinding profit over a season than instantly cashing out winnings each week.

For Aussie rules and NRL they only have H2H, Lines, Totals and the 1-39/40+ - 1-12/13+
As Hayes said if you're primarily betting on lines as well as totals it's a must have.

bet365 isn't suss, well you always run the risk of being banned for winning too much, but they do have some great markets and odds and allow you to multi lines and totals on everything except tennis and soccer.

Maybe Lenny would be best to answer that with his $1000 intimidating bets. Just an FYI Guys ...you should probably start liking all his posts because he's a big player now and one day he may throw you a bone.

This question might've been answered, but with the Sportsbet lose by less than 20pts promo, what happens if the game ends in a draw? The 5th T&C for the promotion states "If the match ends in a draw bets will not be refunded." However in the head-to-head markets there is no option for a draw, which should suggest that it would get refunded under the general T&Cs.
