Not disappointed that Tully is out, in fact I am glad, but..... I'm calling this as rigged.

Still not enough to influence half of the entire vote. If you look at it from that perspective;
Tully had the whole of Victoria (Victoria > Western Australia)
Tahan had the whole of New South Wales (New South Wales > Western Australia)
