We have a bit of an issue in Tragics 2. MightyMark accepted the last spot but completely forgot to actually join the league, so a random took the last spot

As such we have a $50 shortfall. Suggest we reduce the prizes slighty as per below. Thoughts?

Prizes for each league will be:
Highest points overall: $300
Highest round score: $180 (was $200)

1st in league finals: $180 (was $200)
2nd in league finals: $90 (was $100)
3rd in league finals: $50
4th in league finals: $50

What if everyone each puts in $2.5 and if the random wins everyone gets back the random's winnings split a 17 ways. Annoying as s**t but covers it and no one can complain if by some chance they are knocked out by the random or the random wins.
