Review Box Hill Hawks v Frankston Dolphins, 3 May 2014, 2pm @ BHCO

The Hawks defend their unbeaten start to the season with a game at home to Frankston. On paper, this should favour the reigning premiers, with Frankston currently sitting 13th on the VFL ladder with just two points (courtesy of a draw earlier this season with Richmond). Of course, the Hawks are professional enough not to take any game lightly, though Marco Bello may be forgiven for having one eye on Box Hill's first game in the Foxtel Cup, to be played on 6 May 2014.

As always, 3WBC 94.1FM will provide live commentary from the game, with their coverage starting at 1.00pm. If you're not in the eastern Melbourne suburbs, you can also stream their commentary from www.3wbc.org.au and using the TuneIn app on your favourite device.

The development squad play a game against the Dolphins. They start at 11.00am.

Unfortunately, due to the clash with Hawthorn's home game against St Kilda, I won't attend (need to make some use of my reserved seats at the MCG, given we barely have a home game there any more), so I'll look forward to the reports.

Yep....About a dozen Hawthorn listed players were rested due to the Foxtel Cup Match coming up on Tuesday night: We had the depth to cover them against a weak team but it hurt us in the Development game!
