Not at all, its ok, but two almost identical products in every way except a massive difference in sodium. Its just odd.My sarcasm radar didn't quite go off then, was that a "no, don't use that one"?
I hate when you go to the supermarket with something in mind and you forget exactly what it was that you were after.
It's doubly harder when you have to start trying to process in your head the difference between cocoa and cocao and cacao or whatever they all are.
Nevertheless, is this ok to put in BPC?

The vanhouten is 11g carb 1g sugar 28g fiber 20g protein 380 cal 30mg sodiumI use This product , it's Kosher from Germany, the lowest carb containing cocoa powder per 100g I've found & well priced.
Loving Earth sell a cocoa powder which contains 27g sugar per 100g & 29 fibre per 100g which means it's -2 net carbs!
Heavily check your source of Cinamon as they often add sawdust as a filler.
To be on the safe side I'd by the Cinamon sticks & ground it yourself.
Add 50/50 vanilla powder n add to BP coffee for added enhanced flavour!
Holy crap I've uncovered the mecca of keto friendly desserts

Nope. It's 27g net carbs. Australian labels separately report carbs and fibre so the "carbohydrates" amount is net carbs.

I know you have a distaste for peanuts but I bloody love peanut butter. Just can't stop eating it.Peanuts are high, along with cashews, in carbs compared to other nuts.
Almonds n Maccadamia nuts is a better option plus Peanuts reck your gut flora & contain mould.
