we have gone from worse than fitzroy to an 8-14 team so thats some improvement at least

I thought someone would bring that up.
The to concepts are not mutually exclusive.
We are going very well.
We were never expected to be entering a premiership window until at least 2016 years ago IMO. I said that years ago mentioning 6 years etc.. at least.
A mini rebuild is part of going well. It would be harder for us to make the top 4 this year than the premiership in 4 years IMO.
So it comes down to strategy. We are going well, and we are on track for a premiership in 2018 and beyond.
Just because we are going well does not mean I think we can win the premiership in the next few years!

We will be alright.
We are just suffering growth pains. All clubs have to do it to get to the top.
Just highlights our list is 3-4 years off though which was anticipated
