Out: Cox ( Inj) Shuey ( Inj) Smith, Butler
In: Lycett,Cripps,Bennell,Maginnnes

- Maginnnes should just be given a go and yes i know he only played reserves but we have no mids with Shuey injured and Wellingham hurting his knee. We have plenty on players on the LTI so he can be upgraded. Would be a good idea as sub.

- Shuey was said to be on crutches on Saturday so i dare say he will be out for a week or 2. This sucks as he has been getting better and better.

- Will be good to get more games into: Sheed, Tunbridge, Mcgovern & Magginnes.

Lineup:

Bennell Emac Brown
Hurn Schoey Ellis

Gaff Priddis Shep

Darling mCgovern Lecra
Cripps JK Lycett

Ruck: Nic Nat Masten Hutchings

Bench: Tunbridge, Mcginnity, Sheed SUb: Maginnes

Dean Cox cleared contact Ty Vickery - force used was below that for a report.

MRP has laid 4 charges and assessed 3 other matters from rd 18. Ty Vickery referred directly to Tribunal for striking Dean Cox.

People say no Eagles players helped out when Cox but along with Shuey & Lecra i am pretty sure saw i sore Nic Nat and Priddis getting involved.

You did - use you eyes and don't listen to the gibbers

Not really sure why Vickery has to go straight to the tribunal. Surely the points system covers it

Not really - striking is actually treated fairly leniently as compared to rough conduct.

An intentional, high contact, high impact results in 425 base points and with a guilty plea results in a 3 week holiday.

A king hit from behind deserves more than 3 weeks .

Least we'll get to see Lycett again.

Who knows, if Yeo can get up for it I might actually watch the game ;)

2-3 weeks away. :(

When ChampRevesby and I saw him at the East Perth game a few weeks ago, he said to us that, depending on the specialist appointment, 3-4 weeks away. However the surgeons had said that it was an 8-10 week injury.

I would be doubtful we will see him back unfortunately

Yeah agreed, it'd just be nice actually watching someone exciting for once. Bit bored with things right now.

The list shakeup can't come quick enough.

Finding really hard to get excited about upcoming games when I know we will dish up more of the same rubbish.
To be honest I find myself getting excited watching the big draw games like Hawks Vs Sydney. What a pleasure it was to watch two fantastic teams going head to head.

My sentiments exactly. Which is why I'm relieved we never made finals. Can you imagine us rocking up with this team into a finals campaign? It would be North elimination final vs us in 2012 embarrassing.

Out: Cox (sniped by a dirty dog), Shuey (ankle), Smith (thigh)
In: Lycett, Cripps, Bennell

B: Bennell, MacKenzie, Schofield
HB: Hurn, Brown, Ellis
C: Cripps, Priddis, Gaff
HF: Darling, McGovern, McGinnity
F: LeCras, Kennedy, Lycett
R: Naitanui, Masten, Hutchings
I: Sheppard, Sheed, Tunbridge
S: Butler
E: Sinclair, Carter, Wilson

Midfield looking extremely thin with Selwood, Rosa, Yeo, Wellingham and possibly Shuey all unavailable. Probably need to get a couple of mids in the draft. Not sure if anyone's brought this up before.

On the other hand the defence looks very solid with Brown and Bennell back. I think that back 6 plus Shep is our best lineup going into next season.

Yes. We are a bit thin in the midfield at the moment.
But one thought has struck me.
Are we being overly protective of Ellis due to his horrific injury history by playing him off half back.
He is a midfielder and we are very short of these at present.
