Looks like they thought the first yellow was for someone else.
EDIT: Topor Stanley was nowhere near the first yellow incident. Unless the ref wrote it up as dissent there could be ramifications about this because yellow cards for mistaken identity are reversible.

Well he was 20 yards from the foul that Spiranovic committed.
Spira should've been off earlier if he received the yellow instead. Can't complain.

Think there is a case to complain if Topor Stanley ' s red card shouldn't have stood. As for Spira he was sent off anyway.
