Not sure anyone is taking it seriously, Bomber is not coming to the GC, doesn't need the cash and hasn't got the desire

I wouldn't have thrown his name around even as a joke.

Not inferring that Bomba is not a realistic option because he no longer has the passion for the job as its common knowledge but that assuming that he had a change of heart and was genuinely interested in a senior coaching position at the GC then jnr might have to be collateral damage for that to eventuate. That little detail is what I find baffling.

That puts this deadline to be in a fortnight, when the FA period officially begins.

Hopefully this is a well thought out and comprehensive review and not a witch hunt, I have been critical of Bluey as a coach but unless you have something better in the bag what is the point of changing

If Bluey is to go, it has to be soon. Huge trade period coming up and it can't be successful if the review is still ongoing.

That puts this deadline to be in a fortnight, when the FA period officially begins.

It would also delay Abletts re-signing and we all know anything can happen in the last year of a contract

And now tonight they decide they can review our whole club and every1s positions throughly in 11 days..

This reminds me a bit of the st kilda situation last year when the board there just kept putting the decision off and finally gave there coach the boot after the trade period which was far from an ideal situation

Interesting thought, trolling for coaches but anyone worth their salt would not undermine a incumbent coach surely

There cutting it a bit fine with trade period kicking off on the 3rd oct

Mr. Witheriff said that the Board will receive the outcomes of the review at a Board meeting during the week commencing 29th September.
