I have no issues with having Cox as backup next year. He's already proved he's a very capable tap ruckman against AFL listed opponents this year.
I'd be talking to jamar as a mature back up. can play forward as well.

I dare say he only mentioned the players involved not the whole trade. If true my guess is it would involve a pick on our behalf as well. He said we have officially expressed interest in Aish with Brisbane.
If McClure in fact does have a source at Collingwood (and I hope he does) he has also said Treloar has chosen us.
Do clubs really thrash out deals this far out? I doubt it considering they take so long to complete deals in trade week I hardly think they have been working on it since mid season. Obviously they approach players but its the trading with other clubs part that I doubt.
If Aish is out of Contract and says he want's to walk I'd imagine his agent would be talking to interested parties.Do clubs really thrash out deals this far out? He doesn't have enough mongrel to be a dominant ruckman. At the moment yes. Not sure it will always be that way. It would sting bigtime, should Witts become a dominant ruckman elsewhere.

Huge difference in perceived risk between drafting an 18 year old vs trading in a 22 year old with 40 games under his belt.Competition has gone off paying high picks for ruckmen, it's why we got Grundy at pick 18 when he was supposed to go top 3

Jamar is 32 this year, his time is over.

Back up ruckman similar to Hudson
good he'll be cheap lol.
Seedsman loves the Pies, don't think he'd be happy to leave.Might explain the form of Aish and Seedsman if deal is already done.
Where do we sign?McClure said it was Seeds for Aish - not Elliot, not White - Seeds.
Chinese whispers at its best.
Buckley should belt him in the changeroom before every matchHe just needs buckley to shake him up again like last year, played his best football after that.Responded well to it
