Hi, this is a dreamteam style game which includes a draft, trade period, and a complete season. It can start with a minimum of 8 teams/players but can go right up to about 12. Once we have enough players the game will work like this:
1. All current players are thrown into a draft.
2. A draft order will be established using a random generator
3. Once draft is over a team names and colours will be chosen
4. A trade period will begin and you can trade and swap with others
6. Fixturing released
7. Season starts
8. Finals
9. Awards
The game will work like this:
Each team will have 18 players, you get 18 picks each and you can not trade picks.
Each week you must submit your team sheet of 12 players:
4 forwards, 4 defenders, 4 mids. Your other 6 players are on the bench and do not score.
The team sheet should look like this:
Your team name
vs opponents team name
Defence: Smith, Talia, Johnson, Lake
Midfield: Selwood, Ablett, Fyfe, Priddis
Forward: Franklin, Cameron, Rioli, Ballantyne
Bench: rest of players
Scoring works like this:
Defenders: Mark: 2 points, Tackle 2 points
Midfielders: Disposal: 1 point, Clearance: 2 points, Goal: 2 points
Forwards: Marks: 2 points, Goals: 5 points, Behinds: 1 point
Once the round is over your opponents score and your score is compared and the winner gets 4 points. The teams will be ranked first by premiership points, then by total score.
The home and away season will finish around round 14, depending on how many players we have. The fixturing will be determined once we know how many players we have.
Once H&A finishes finals begin. Finals will work like this:
Week 1
1: 2v3
2: 4v5
Week 2
3: 1st v Game 1 winner
4: Game 2 winner v Game 1 loser
Week 3
5: Game 3 loser v Game 4 winner
Final
Game 3 winner vs Game 5 winner
