they just said on the sunday footy show, expect hawthorn to announce the re-signing of Lewis to the end of 2017 sometime this week.

It seems like Lowden is going to Port almost locked in he was always going to struggle for a spot in the line up with people like Hale, McEvoy, Cegler and
Grimmley in front of him.
 
Why would Port take both Ryder and Lowden?
Lobbe + Ryder to be playing. Lowden to backup Lobbe if he goes down, could even back up Ryder too up forward. Redden to take time in magooos working on his fitness and development. Would complete their ruck list quite effectively.

It comes down to the question of whether you think Lobbe is better than Renouf, if no, then no he shouldn't be traded but he should not be anywhere near Hawthorn in that case either!
