My favourite, to this day, is the only cricket shirt I ever bought. A green on with a golden southern cross on the left hand side and Australia on the back (also in gold). At the time, I don't know what team it was for (I think ODI) but I always loved it.

Pretty sure, given it was worn in an international cricket match, that it's cricket uniform.
Not traditional, sure, but still technically cricket uniform.
I just thought the short sleeved skins looked funny, and the skinnier/smaller guys all looked funny in them.
I've got a S/S one with the KFC on the sleeve... thinking of selling it or buying the vest off ebay.
They would have to be just about the most boring ODI shirts I've ever seen
Boring? As soon as anyone puts more than a stripe on a cricket kit everyone gets up in arms. It doesn't need to be anything more than it is, it does the job of distinguishing the English cricket team better than any other kit except maybe the old Australian gold kits.
