Can someone tell me why Josh Gordon is suspended? I could never find good articles that exained it properly. Just that he failed a drug test again?

Got done for a DUI and was prohibited from consuming alcohol, he had a drink and tested positive (his 3rd positive test) and as he is part of the NFL's substance abuse program he received a year ban for repeat positive tests.
