Pretty easy win there for Robbie McKewan in the end.

Mods, any chance we can have this thread stickied?

Anyone have Eurosport Asia Pacific? You can get it through selectv, or through TPG internet.

They have heaps of cycling, they had all the World Championships live a couple of weeks ago, had live coverage of the Giro and Vuelta, show plenty of classics and other stage races as well. There is a TV guide at www.eurosport.com (choose international as your country setting)

Hopefully the channel will be on Foxtel next year.

I'd love to see a full Eurosport offering on Foxtel. Eurosport News is great, but think of all the great cycling we'd get year round!
Of course, SBS with their 11am Sunday, plus the excellent coverage of Le Tour, and the highlights packages of other races offer such a wonderful service.
Anyone know if SBS will be bringing expanded Giro/Vuelta coverage over the next few years?
Cheers,
Neil

I know this thread is for guaranteed time slots but I know twice this year, not sure if it was the same race, but Eurosport after midnight, had cycling races on.

I remember coming home from a night out and watching it and was surprised that it was race coverage rather than the rolling news segments. It was probably in June, maybe July.

Sunday November 2 on SBS

Midday: Cadel on Tour
a one hour highlights package on Cadel Evans at the 2008 TDF

Tour of Cali on TV at all?

Eurosport subscribe are showing snippets I've heard. I don't have it so cant confirm.

The tour website http://www.amgentourofcalifornia.com/homepage.html
is advertising that by downloading the tour tracker you can get live video feeds.

I've been at work each day so far so have not downloaded it. However cyclingnews.com and the website provide a very good written commentary of whats happening.

The website alone show quickly updated highlights, like a break bridging or kom climb or a crash within a few minutes.

Cyclingnews have been doing this for a number of years and is quite good to get a good idea what's going on.

Nothing on seeing it unfold on the screen though.

Maybe over Bacon and Coffee tomorrow to see what's happening.
