Good player, not great though like some people think. Got the best out of himself though.

Although, between 2005-2011 - probably what his career span might have been if he played for a country with more spinning options, he made 2869 runs at a shade under 41, and took 167 wickets ata touch over 30. Pretty damn impressive statistics for a New Zealand all-rounder (with the pitches he was playing on as a result of this for 50% of his games).
