Is your player a bowler? batter? all rounder?Just started.
Dove straight into career.
My guy is just fielding in the deep. Doing nothing. Bring me on coach!!
Liked the in depth player creator.
Yeah figured that outIs your player a bowler? batter? all rounder?
You can simulate to player action to avoid having to stand in the field for each ball
Good thing about getting captaincy in career mode is that you can bowl yourself whenever you want
Silly.Just started.

Just bowling. Figuring it out.Silly.
Seriously get yourself in the nets.
Bowling is becoming so boring lately. I feel myself aging whenever I'm put in to bowl.
just the same old action over again and getting no results, it's just not as fun as the ricky ponting or Cricket 07 bowling was.
I just feel like re-starting my career and becoming an opening batsman. Anyone else feeling this way?

Unfortunately there's been publishing issues on 360, so it won't be coming to that system.X360?
What difficulty you have it on?I'm useless at batting, bowling I'm ok, my first innings I got 3-60ish off around 30 overs which was good for a spinner. First ball duck and 7 off 6 balls in the batting stakes.
I did some net work but still poop at it.
Amateur I think. What difficulty you have it on?
Me to.Amateur I think.

First class and tests - I'm a left arm pacer so feel free to change accordingly. I have 1 slip, Gully/Third Man (up close or back depending on how much bounce or wide I bowl), point, extra cover (not regular, saves more runs and encourages drives), mid on, mid off, mid wicket, square leg and deep fine leg. I try to bowl out swingers to both with some straighter ones to right handers with the newer ball. I don't bowl too many yorkers unless they are driving me well. Some batsman will require different fields though. With the older ball I try more cutters and yorkers. Mostly hit straight or through mid-wicket. Get a fair few bowl, caught and bowled, keepers and mid off catches. Also what's the game plan I should use as a pace bowler? Do I just keep bowling at the stumps or move it around a bit?
