Is hird declining an appeal too?
Same place as they were a year or so ago, what a massive waste of time and money and according to the article Hird wanted to carry on with the appeal, I wonder if he will on his own?

If he doesn't appeal wait for Blitz to come out and describe Hird as brave and selfless for not doing so.

Rumblings that Hird isn't expected to speak tonight at their BnF, its looks as though bomber has quit today too. Hird did say if the investigation was deemed lawful it may make his position untenable.

It's probably for the best, especially since the club is asking members to stump up some extra cash with their membership.
very pleased the club has taken the wishes of the players into account over and above legal principles.
Let's hope the next stop is the AFL tribunal, assuming of course ASADA don't withdraw the notices after receiving a compelling show of cause!!

That's what's interesting about it. I've heard a couple of things today regarding him not speaking tonight. Would be pretty strange if it is the case.
