Was wondering if anyone plays these two fantasy booking games? I prefer EWR because it's more simple but the amount of stuff you can do in TEW is amazing. I guess you can post any feuds/cards you've booked here.

I have TEW 2010, but it really breaks down in a long-term game (the system for generated wrestlers is broken, and you wind up relying on 40+ year olds almost exclusively for decent matches).

It's really about time for a new one; I'm keeping an eye out for an announcement.

EWR is just too simplistic. You really have to impose your own rules to make it any sort of challenge.

I've been playing WWE in TEW2010 lately and I've run into the same problem that I always run into with modern real world databases. You don't feel like you have the same flexibility when working with established talent as you do in the databases that are based in the 80's or 90's and it's ridiculously unbalanced at times.

It's why I personally keep to the default database; everything feels nicely balanced since the database was designed entirely around the system.

Used to play a bit of it.. but ya get over it, esp with SD VS Raw GM Mode which I never play.

Kinda like super coach, much rather play AFL on the PS3.

TEW 2010 is now on Steam for anyone who didn't like the idea of buying direct from the dev's site.

The same dev's MMA sim, WMMA 3, is also on Steam.

I don't really rate the TEW series, but it's the only real option in the genre. WMMA is good, though.

Oddly, these two are not the latest versions - WMMA 4 and TEW 2013 are available from the dev, but not from Steam. I actually prefer 2010 over 2013, but 4 is definitely better than 3.

Ah, the good old days of sticking up for TNA back when they were worth sticking up for.

Haven't watched any wrestling for years but I hear TNA are getting better so I might give them a go soon.

Love EWR but has not played it for Ages.

Tried TEW but found it to Complicated and did not really want to Spend Money on it

TEW2005 is actually freeware. They've released 4 newer versions since that one though.
