I think they've ****ed Reigns good and proper, with no chance for him to ever be a real face. Second year in a row crowd will hate him at WrestleMania. At least Cena was popular before they pushed to the moon (and it wasn't the PG era yet so people weren't as rightly cynical as they are now). Rest of his career will be about managing the crowd mics volume and periodically giving fans enough of the faces they do like to not stop watching.
