Uruguay? The bigger question is, has ANYONE won the rights to hosting a World Cup without having to bribe people?
Only options would be US or UK. They wouldn't need to build anything and have all the supporting infrastructure in place.Surely too late to reverse Russia 2018.
Too hard to move the world cup to either of those countries politically imo.Only options would be US or UK. They wouldn't need to build anything and have all the supporting infrastructure in place.
Revote the 2022 WC, and give it to US!!! Am park would get a nice little upgrade, A new stadium in Adel would be built, new/upgraded stadium in Perth, money towards the new sydney stadium thing, slight upgrade to suncorp... win/win/win for everyone except those that dont want the country/soccer to move forward!

Russia at least have footballing history. Let them keep it.
You mean if you are straight.Wouldn't make sense to take it off Russia now unless Putin really loses his s**t completely in the near future. Good stadiums and a perfect climate for a summer tournament are significant bonuses for a Russian world cup.

Former FIFA vice-president Jack Warner is being investigated over the disappearance of money intended for victims of the 2010 earthquake in Haiti, the BBC has reported.
Mr Warner visited the country in the months after the disaster and pledged $974,550 from football's world governing body and the South Korean Football Association to help rebuild the country.
But US investigators said it was transferred to accounts controlled by Mr Warner for his personal use, and that four years on, the money was still unaccounted for.

Russia is not the only place that hates gays and is racist that's hosted a global sporting event.
Also illegally occupying portions of two neighbouring states, and using forced convict labor in construction.
