Na they are still lurking but I think with a lot of music these days, you only need to improve your setlist with a few songs each album to continue being a musician as a full time gig. Once you have that real good debut and second album, you seem safe enough.

I lived with a bunch of Qld boys in London and they worshipped The Go-Betweens, they weren't even from Brissy they were from the Sunshine Coast.

The Friends of Rachel Worth was released when I was living with them and they were all over it, talking about all the local Qld references in the lyrics.

They were quite impressed with all the Church albums I had in my CD collection because Steve Kilbey teamed up with Grant McLennan in Jack Frost.



Two of the greatest songwriters Australia has produced.

This band popped on my youtube playlist after searching for Custard songs, the old if you like this you might like this deal.



Normally it's way off the mark but they've got me bang to rights there, I even own a Faker album, Addicted Romantic.

Great album, one of the few post 2000 albums I bought.
