And consequently that GC lost - if the Dees can beat them, maybe we can next week? :$
Given the way GAJ played, we're a chance. He almost looked worried to go in hard for the ball in case he got tackled today.

Every chance we get next week, we should have a player bumping & niggling him

The Bulldogs have put up one hell of a fight so far, but their lack of experience is a joke, Bont getting the #1 tag could really impact his development (though he's been excellent so far). Really starting to appreciate us keeping Joey, Steven, Armo.

Geary should just run at him all day. Having Geary play on you is like being whipped with a bag of hammers.

75-68 from two likely top 4 teams. Borrrrrinnnnngggg.
Did you watch the game though? It was far from boring. Yeah, we didn't see a lot of goals, but that was because the pressure in the middle of the ground and from defence was immense, neither team could convert their good plays into 6 points. The ball was flying from one end to the other though, despite being low scoring.

It definitely wasn't a chip it around, maintain possession game that's typical of low scoring matches.

I don't get the whole assumption that because a match is low scoring, that it is necessarily boring. Some of the best finals and grand finals in particular have been lower scoring affairs. For mine low scoring matches often indicate a higher level of intensity. Maybe there aren't quite as many goals to see but there are still other things which make matches enjoyable such as crunching tackles, players putting their bodies on the line and the extra significance of every goal that is kicked.
