Hey, im stuck on trevors rampage against the army base. I just cant pass it, i always die when the tank comes in, i shoot grenades but it still gets me every time

No, you can activate it still. In the rampage he's already angry so you only take half damage, but you can activate his ability to he only takes quarter damage.
