The only thing I've noticed people seem to not want to heist with randoms. The wait times for people to join have been painful

Most of the people on the BFAU crew have been pretty good with me. As long as you are BFAU and have a headset, I accept everyone

That would be an extraordinary amount of work and I doubt they'd commit to something as big as that as DLC. I'm guessing this sort of online structure will become a staple of future GTA games, though - we'll probably get different cities and such in new games.

As for North Yankton, there used to be a glitch where you could play there online so the coding is definitely there. Wouldn't rule it out.
