Yeah, I agreed with you, green tea gives a positive result if you are in any weight loss plan. It will be more helpful if you also add ginger, honey and basil leaves in your green tea. Avoid drinks with sugar. Drinking green tea 4 times in a day helps you very much to lose weight.

It also can lower your testosterone so I wouldnt advise drinking too much green tea unless you want a limo biscuit.
