Evans wouldn't be a smart get. How old is Wiggins? He has said he wants to focus 2016 on the Olympics, which isn't ideal.

I'd rather OGE go after someone else.

the only thing remaining for Evans is a national rr title, and a TDU title. Not worth channelling resources there

As I thought, OGE will be much smarter with their decision making than getting Wiggins/Evans.

Interesting to hear that Kelderman is one of the riders they are targeting for their GC ambitions. IMO I think he would be a very good signing.

The perfect acquisition, and a caliber of rider at the right stage of his career I'd expect them to go after.
